Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing organization with locations across the country. We are currently looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to be located at their manufacturing facility near Madison, Wisconsin. There are approximately 50 team members at this location. The HR Business Partner will also have responsibility for two other smaller plants.The total number of team members between the three plants is approximately 100. This will report to the Director of HR at their corporate office.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• SHRM certifications desired
• 5+ years’ experience in HR Generalist type role, ideally in a fast paced manufacturing setting
• Strong Employee Relations background
• Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
• Open to approximately 20% travel, some will be overnight

Duties:

• Establish and drive HR policies and programs forward across multiple business units to enhance the employee experience and support the strategic growth of the company
• Perform duties in employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance

• Assist in developing training plans
